The material
Most “100% cotton” hats hide a polyester sweatband, the one part pressed against your skin all day. Ours is 100% organic cotton the whole way through, colored with non-toxic, low-impact dyes. No synthetics on your brow, no microplastics shedding into your bloodstream or the planet.
The sweatband on your forehead is organic cotton, not the plastic most brands quietly use exactly where it touches you most.
